Decorlloon is a hands-on balloon styling service based in Invercargill, making garlands, arches and full event setups for celebrations right across Southland. Every job starts with your colours and your space, then gets built by hand into something that fits the room.
Birthdays, weddings, engagements, baby showers or a business launch, the goal is the same: a setup that looks brilliant, holds up all day and takes the stress off your plate.

Have a look through our balloon styling packages and pricing below. Every celebration is a little different, so get in touch for a quote tailored to your colours, venue and numbers. Our catalogue is regularly updated with our latest decorations, packages and pricing.
Tell us all about your event, your ideas and the decoration you’re looking for. We’ll use your details to create a personalised quote and design concept. Once submitted, we’ll review your request and get back to you within five working days with your quote and design mockup.
We recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance, and around 6 weeks for larger or more customised events. Last-minute requests are welcome subject to availability.
Can I choose my own balloon colours?
Absolutely. We customise balloon colours to match your event theme, colour palette or personal preference.
Can I provide my own balloons?
We use professional-quality balloons so we can control quality, colours, sizes and quantities. For this reason, we are unable to use customer-supplied balloons.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. Delivery and setup are available depending on the location and decoration type, and are quoted separately.
What areas do you service?
We are based in Invercargill and service Invercargill, surrounding areas and Southland. Travel outside Southland can be arranged and may incur a travel fee.
Do you make custom cutouts?
Yes. We create custom cutouts for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, events and other celebrations. Include your idea or reference image in the quote request.
How long does a balloon garland last?
Indoor balloon garlands generally last approximately 2 to 4 weeks. Sunlight, heat and wind can affect outdoor lifespan.
Do you offer DIY Balloon Garland Kits?
Yes. Kits include the balloons and materials needed to assemble a garland, together with instructions.
Can I set up the decoration myself?
Yes. You can collect ready-to-install items and set them up yourself. You are responsible for setup, pack-down and returning hired items by the agreed time. A refundable bond may apply.
Can I return the decoration myself?
Yes. If your event is outside Invercargill, you can return hired items at the agreed time. A refundable bond is required and items must be returned in the same condition.
How do I request a quote?
Click Request a Quote and complete the form with as much information as possible. We will review your request and get back to you with a personalised quote.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit secures your booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 2 days before the decoration date.
